Kreativer Scrum-Workshop

Over the last months, we have asked ourselves how we can help spread agile methods in the social sector and in international development – leading to more connectedness and impact. Based on our own positive experience with Scrum and Christina’s training as an agile coach, we held a 2-day Scrum workshop for tranSektoris, Value for Good GmbH, SEEK Development – Strategic and Organizational Consultants, SoMA e.V., Freiwilligenagentur Tatendrang and ourselves. It was intense, fun and enriching – with many discussions on how to bring alive the spirit and values of Scrum in our organisations and beyond. We are grateful for the openness of all participants and look forward to many more Scrum workshops to come.
